Headit is looking for a Technical Customer Support officer for the Spanish and Italian market.

Where will you work?

The EMEA HQ of this leading, innovative Medical Devices company is located in Zaventem.

What are your responsibilities as a Technical Customer Support officer?

As Technical Support Specialist, you are the trusted partner for customers based in Spanish speaking markets, and will act as back up for the Italian market.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding support and guarantee a strong customer experience for technical and application issues.
  • Discovering the root causes of problems in order to identify appropriate solutions and gathering all information required to do so.
  • Taking part in improvement initiatives to optimize processes and service delivery.
  • Performing troubleshooting, analysis of problems and timely proposition of solutions as well as next actions to be taken, while remaining compliant.
  • Ensuring a smooth customer experience by investing in clear, timely and constructive customer contact.

What do we expect from you as a Technical Customer Support officer?

  • Very fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, with a good level of Italian (or another European language).
  • A relevant experience in Customer Service, ideally in a technical environment.
  • Strong sense of adaptability in a fast paced, growing and changing environment.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Able to work autonomously, having a sense of initiative and a hands-on approach.
  • A background in molecular biology or lab experience is considered a big plus.
