In 2021, Filip, experienced in setting up start-ups in the Tech sector, experienced the challenges of market tightness.

Together with Carl, a financial expert with an entrepreneurial bent, and Annabel, an experienced recruiter with a fresh perspective on the industry, he founded Headit in January 2022.
