Sales Support Executive

Headit is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Executive based in Zaventem.

You will join a fast-growing and stable company operating in the cleaning and maintenance industry.

What will you do?

As a Sales Support Executive, you will support the Account Managers in their commercial activities:

• You will answer a wide range of questions from customers within the portfolios of the Account Managers you work with;
• You will process orders, follow up on quotations, schedule appointments and handle complaints correctly;
• You will advise customers on cleaning solutions and encourage them to use the company’s digital ordering tools;
• You will be a friendly point of contact for customers and provide efficient support;
• You will actively contribute ideas for operational improvements and help implement them;
• You will build relationships with existing customers and prospects who have shown interest, for example during events;
• Together with the Account Managers, you will analyse trends every two months and help develop action plans.

Who is our ideal Sales Support Executive?

• You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and a professional command of English;
• You ideally have at least five years of experience in a similar position;
• You are a team player with a positive and open attitude;
• You are communicative, commercially minded, analytical and customer-oriented.
