Headit is looking for a driven Inside Sales Account Manager for an international organization that is a market leader in professional legal and tax software solutions.
Through these digital tools, they support knowledge professionals such as lawyers, accountants, and in-house legal counsel in making their daily work more efficient and accessible.

Your role as an Inside Sales Account Manager
In this role, you will be in daily contact with new and existing clients who are looking for software solutions to easily access legal or tax information. You will guide them in making the right choice.
- Follow up on warm leads coming from the website, campaigns, or events;
- Proactively identify new commercial opportunities within your target audience;
- Understand customer needs and advise on suitable software solutions;
- Deliver online demos and showcase how the tools improve efficiency;
- Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close deals independently;
- Ensure accurate administrative follow-up in the CRM system;
- Stay up to date with new releases, features, and market developments.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or a similar commercial role;
- You assist French-speaking clients. You are fluent in French, and a very good command of English is required for internal communication;
- Interest in software is important; experience is a plus but not required;
- Strong communication skills, social and assertive when needed;
- Good listener with a consultative mindset;
- Accurate and comfortable working in a CRM-driven environment;
- Eager to learn and open to new ways of working.
