Headit is looking for a dedicated Sales Support Officer to join the Sales department, supporting Account Managers and B2B customers with A-Z Sales Support.

Where will you work?

A globally active company in Premium Interion Design, with clients primarily in Retail and among Creative Designers.

The team in Belgium supports various markets including Belgium, France, Scandinavia, the UK, and the Export market.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities as Sales Support?

  • Sales Order Management: Receive and process orders from your customer portfolio.
  • Customer Information Maintenance: Update and maintain customer information in the internal database.
  • Customer Point of Contact: Provide advice, pricing, product information, and sales order status updates.
  • Invoicing and Payment Follow-up: Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.
  • Coordination: Liaise with logistics, planning teams, and external transport partners to track shipments.
  • Claims Management: Handle customer claims efficiently.
  • Sales Team Support: Assist with the preparation of sales meetings, fairs, etc.
  • Backup Support: Act as a backup for colleagues during holidays or absences.

Who are we looking for?

  • High proficiency in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch or German is a big plus.
  • Positive mindset and enthusiasm.
  • Strong team spirit with a willingness to assist others.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Flexible and adaptable to varying tasks and responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in a sales support role is a plus.

What can you expect as Sales Support?

  • Flexible Working Arrangements: possibility to work from home 1-2 days per week after onboarding.
  • You receive flexibility in working hours between 07:30 and 19:00: in total 8 hours/day from Monday to Thursday (earliest end at 4 pm) and 7 hours/day on Fridays (earliest end at 3 pm).
