Sales Support Administrator English/French

International company active in Petrochemical industry

Headit is looking for a driven, positive-minded, and hands-on Sales Support Administrator for international clients/distributors.

About the company:

An internationally established company of Belgian origin, active in petrochemistry and headquartered in the Antwerp region.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Support Administrator:

  • Coordinating the entire order-to-cash process;
  • Close collaboration with the Sales department and being the primary contact for customers in your regions;
  • Organizing export shipments: booking and coordinating shipments, managing transport and customs documents, invoicing, and delivery follow-ups;
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain and operations to handle all orders correctly;
  • Monitoring order parameters and inventory management to ensure sufficient stock;
  • Optimizing shipments by configuring optimal loads;
  • Informing customers about import rules and regulations, shipping terms, transportation methods, payments, customs-related documentation, etc.;
  • Supporting sales with customer forecasts.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have obtained a higher education degree in a relevant field and/or have initial relevant experience in a similar B2B customer service/logistics/supply chain role;
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills that allow you to build strong, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries;
  • Highly skilled in administration and good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Understanding of/interest in logistics (export, etc.) & supply chain processes;
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Positive-minded and solution-oriented;
  • Highly fluent in communication in English and French. Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
