Headit is looking for an IT Helpdesk employee

Where will you work?

A global leader in various business services, focusing on sustainability of life and headquartered in Brussels.

As an IT Helpdesk Employee, you will be responsible for:

Customer Support:

  • Address inquiries and provide assistance to internal and external customers.
  • Report incidents promptly and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor incidents and SLAs for timely resolution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed.
  • Systems and Applications Maintenance:
  • Monitor and maintain designated systems and applications.
  • Ensure upkeep of IT equipment and infrastructure.
  • Conduct testing and resolve incidents before deployment.
  • Implement corrections and updates across primary servers.
  • Advocate for improvements to applications or systems.

Your profile as an IT Helpdesk Employee

  • Enthusiastic, autonomous, and resourceful individual.
  • Background in IT support with an interest in technology.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage workload and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive in updating knowledge and skills.
  • Familiarity with databases, ITIL Framework, and documentation skills preferred.
  • Fluency in one national language and proficient written English.
