Headit is looking for an IT Helpdesk employee

Where will you work?

A global leader in various business services, focusing on sustainability of life and headquartered in Brussels.

As an IT Helpdesk Employee, you will be responsible for:

Customer Support:

· Address inquiries and provide assistance to internal and external customers.

· Report incidents promptly and keep stakeholders informed.

· Monitor incidents and SLAs for timely resolution.

· Develop a deep understanding of company products and services.

· Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed.

Systems and Applications Maintenance:

· Monitor and maintain designated systems and applications.

· Ensure upkeep of IT equipment and infrastructure.

· Conduct testing and resolve incidents before deployment.

· Implement corrections and updates across primary servers.

· Advocate for improvements to applications or systems.

Your profile as an IT Helpdesk Employee

· Enthusiastic, autonomous, and resourceful individual.

· Background in IT support with an interest in technology.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to manage workload and priorities effectively.

· Proactive in updating knowledge and skills.

· Familiarity with databases, ITIL Framework, and documentation skills preferred.

· Fluency in one national language and proficient written English.
