Headit is looking for an Event Marketeer to lead all field marketing and events with main focus on BeLux. 

Where will you work? 

An internationally active SME, part of a larger entity, that provides innovative technological products on a global scale. 

What will be your responsibility as Event Marketeer? 

As Event Marketeer, you will lead all field marketing efforts and execution with a main focus on BeLux, as well as the occasional international event: 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the organization and execution of field marketing strategies in alignment with corporate processes to support sales objectives in the BeLux region. 
  • Coordinate and supervise events, seminars, webinars, trade shows, and partner activities to generate leads and amplify brand visibility. 
  • Actively engage in events, representing the brand and fostering connections with potential clients and partners. 
  • Cultivate relationships with local partners, communities, and influencers to extend marketing reach. 
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesion of field activities with broader business objectives. 
  • Manage the field marketing budget, optimizing expenditure for maximum impact and ROI. 
  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments to enhance future performance. 
  • You report directly to the Head of Marketing BeNeLux.

Who is our ideal candidate? 

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in field marketing with a strong emphasis on event management. 
  • Hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrate proven capability in managing multiple projects concurrently with acute attention to detail. 
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building robust relationships. 
  • Proficient in English, and either Dutch or French on a C2 level, preferably both. 
  • Familiarity (or high willingness to learn) with Salesforce, Pardot, Office 365, and other. 
  • Willingness to travel within the BeLux region and actively participate in events.

  • The role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term, full-time employment basis, with the possibility of extension (12 months) or a permanent contract.
