Headit is looking for a driven, positive, and hands-on Administrative Sales Assistant Export Markets (Dutch/Russian) to manage distributor markets across Europe.

Your responsibilities as Administrative Sales Assistant Export Markets (Dutch/Russian)
In this role, you will support various distributor markets across Europe and act as the key link between customers, sales, and internal operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the full order-to-cash process;
- Working closely with the sales team and acting as the first point of contact for customers in your region;
- Organizing and coordinating export shipments; managing transport and customs documents, invoicing, and delivery follow-up;
- Collaborating with Supply Chain and Operations to monitor and fulfill customer orders;
- Managing order parameters and inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability;
- Optimizing shipments through effective load planning and configuration;
- Providing customers with information on import regulations, shipping requirements, transport methods, payments, customs, and related documentation;
- Supporting the sales team by gathering and processing customer forecasts.
Who are we looking for?
- You have relevant experience in a similar customer or sales support position;
- You have strong collaboration and communication skills to build long-term relationships;
- You are administratively strong and proficient in Microsoft Office;
- You have an affinity with or interest in logistics and supply chain processes;
- You are accurate, proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility;
- You are solution-oriented and positive by nature;
- You are fluent in Russian, Dutch, and English.
